On Demand Assembly
Our overall capability is much larger than our inventory. Stocking every possible motor would not be practical, so we’ve devised a unique On-Demand assembly process to get you exactly what you need.
Instead of completing the assembly of most products–and stocking a huge inventory of finished goods–we stock a large selection of modular components which can be shared across different product lines. This allows us to quickly pull components off the shelf, and assemble a motor that meet your exact specifications, in almost any quantity, with minimal lead time.
Everything from housing, shafts, leads, connectors, encoders, and winding can be selected from the list of standard components, and configured to ensuring the best fit and optimal performance. What other manufactures would consider “custom” is usually standard for us! This means that you can usually get exactly what you need, at a much lower price than conventional custom motor.

Our in-house machine shop is capable of modifying or producing custom components such as housings and shafts, while our wiring department can create custom wire harness for your specific application.
